YO, i have no idea what this is. but we were riding down from this trial to a road and we saw this 4 year old kid and thought he was on a unicycle until we got closer, and this was what he was riding... NO HANDLE BARS, NO BRAKES, BUT TWO SMALL WHEELS UP FRONT AND A BIG GER ONE AT BACK, i had to take a picture of it on my phone... too bad its too small.
